You may request a Spanish-speaking representative by contacting General Customer Service: 855-721-1188 and dialing “2.” In addition, you may request a Spanish translation of any written correspondence (letters and email communications) by speaking with a representative.

A translation and description of commonly-used debt collection terms is or will be made available in multiple languages on the New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (formerly the Department of Consumer Affairs) website, www.nyc.gov/dca.
